SwiftKey keyboard one of the top rated and most popular keyboards for Android and iOS, Was recently purchased by Microsoft about a month ago. Now, the acquisition is fully complete.
Harry Shum, Microsoft’s Executive Vice President for Technology and Research said:
The purchase price has not been disclosed, but was estimated to be around $250 million. This would make SwiftKey co-founders Jon Reynolds and Ben Medlock roughly $30 million each.
